Warranty

5. 

Keep the original packaging for use when maintenance is required. If other packaging is used, 
the robot may sustain damage during shipping. XYZprinting Inc. reserves the right to request a 
service fee.

Returns/exchanges

Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within the return period. Retailers and 
distributors may have different policies regarding returns. Contact the original distributor or retailer 
of sale for information regarding returns. Any shipping fees or damage caused during shipping 
shall be covered by the customer. Money will be refunded via the original method of payment after 
XYZprinting Inc. has received the product(s) to be returned.
