6.1 Measuring
6.1.1 Measuring the ORP
1. Connect the ORP electrode to the meter.
2. If necessary, call up the measured parameter U with <M> .
3. Immerse the ORP electrode in the test sample.
The measured value is checked for stability (stability control).
The
[AR] status display flashes.
4. Wait for a stable measured value.
The
[AR] display indicator no longer flashes.
Stability control (AutoRead )
During the measuring procedure, the stability control function is automatically
activated.
The stability control function ( AutoRead ) continually checks the stability of the
measured values in the monitored time interval. The stability has a consider-
able impact on the reproducibility of measured values. The
[AR] display indi-
cator flashes until a stable value is measured.
