parts inside the pump

Supply voltage is too high
or spikes on the supply
side.
Check the supply voltage level and all
connections -
If there are spikes on the supply line,
use special filters on the input side
After remedy of the failure reason it is necessary to switch on the
Hydrovar

Clean or change the check valve

Air in the suction pipe or in the pump
Check the suction pipe, and
ventilate the whole system
Flexible or too long suction line
Larger pressure tank necessary
