• Wireless communication with mobile device estab‐

5 Connectivity
The e-HVX/e-HVXR packaged system is equipped with the following smart tech‐
nologies: hydrovar X smart motors, optimyze condition monitoring sensors, and
Xylem Avensor.
1. hydrovar X smart motors are supported by the Xylem X app.
2. To wake up and connect to the optimyze condition monitoring sensors instal‐
led on this product, follow the optimyze quick start guide shipped alongside
the e-HVX/e-HVXR or follow the QR code below. (Insert a QR code below
that leads to the optimyze landing page).
3. The e-HVX contains the Xylem Avensor gateway installed within the unit con‐
trol panel. Scan the QR code below to set up an account and get started.

Xylem X App
Available for mobile devices with wireless technology operating system.
Use the App to:
• Check the status of the unit
• Configure parameters
• Interact with the unit and obtain data during installation and maintenance
• Generate a work report
• Contact the assistance service.

6 Startup
Certain critical settings will have factory default values which may or may not ap‐
ply to a given installation site. Take care when changing these settings. The full
e-HVX/e-HVXR IOM shall be consulted for more details.
Pump commissioning:
Commission the pumps. Press the On/Off button to start. Or choose to keep the
system offline.
