4.2.8 Herstellung der elektrischen Anschlüsse

Lesen Sie vor dem Herstellen der elektrischen Anschlüsse das Montage-, Betriebs- und Wartungshandbuch des

Bedienfelds aufmerksam durch.

1. Prüfen Sie, dass die folgenden Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind:

– Die Sicherung des Spannungsversorgungsystems muss mit der maximal zulässigen Sicherungsbemes-

sung übereinstimmen.

– Die Angaben auf dem Typenschild der Pumpe müssen mit der Netzspannung und -frequenz überein-

stimmen.

– Beachten Sie beim Anschließen innerhalb der Einheit, dass die Umgebung feucht ist. Stellen Sie sicher,

dass ein entsprechender elektrischer Schutz gegeben ist.

– Die Kabelenden dürfen nicht im Wasser eingetaucht sein. Durch die Kapillarwirkung kann Wasser in die

Kabel eindringen.

– Innerhalb der Einheit müssen für die Kabel entsprechende Kabel-Haltestrümpfe verwendet werden.

– Es müssen mit Silikon gefüllte Stirnkontakt-Steckverbinder verwendet werden. Verwenden Sie keine

Klemmleisten, da diese zu Kurzschlüssen führen kann.

2. Montieren Sie die Niveausensoren.

4.2.9 Installieren der Niveausensoren

HINWEIS:

Es ist unerlässlich, die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Niveauregler in der

Einheit sicherzustellen.

Montage des ENM-10

Stellen Sie sicher, dass zwei ENM-10 Niveausensoren für den Start und den Alarm verfügbar sind.
Lesen Sie das Niveausensorhandbuch aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie den Niveausensor montieren.

1. Hängen Sie die Niveausensoren an die Kabelhalter im Behälter.

Verwenden Sie geeignete Haltegriffe.

2. Stellen Sie den Startsensor so ein, dass er sich auf einer Höhe mit dem Hebegriff der Pumpe befindet.
3. Montieren Sie den Alarmsensor einen halben Meter oberhalb des Startsensors.
