11.Intermediate piece

1. Make sure that the pump is in an upside-down position.
2. Screw the lifting eyebolt into the shaft end.

3. Carefully lower the shaft-rotor unit with the bearing housing partly into the stator

housing.

4. Lower the shaft-rotor unit while turning the bearing housing clockwise to the index

mark

5. If the pump is equipped with an FLS 10 sensor, then check that the switch is between

the coil end and the stator housing.

6. Fit a new greased O-ring to the stator housing.
7. Install the outer casing by tapping it gently on its edge.

Use a rubber mallet.

8. Fit new greased O-ring(s) on the intermediate piece.
9. Fit a new seal ring.
10.Mount the intermediate piece:
