3 Product Description
3.1 General description
Description
The pump is a centrifugal, close-coupled pump. The following pump features make it easy
to install, operate, and service:
• High efficiency
• Rugged stainless steel-fitted construction
• Footless (e-1531) or Foot-mounted (e-1532) volute
Intended applications

The pump is intended for use with these pumped fluids:
• Unheated domestic and fresh water
• Boiler feed water
• Condensate
• Hydronic cooling or heating
• Benign liquids
• Pressure boosting
• General liquid transfer
Rotation
Pump rotation is clockwise when viewed from the back of the motor. An arrow is also
located on the pump to show the direction of rotation.
