3. Operation
The unit has automatic input format detection and adjusts the output to match
the input. The unit will also pass thru any HDCP encryption, so your protected
content can be played on an HDCP-compatible display on the other end.
1. Connect unit to power and (if applicable) connect equipment to the AC
outlet.
2. The unit will boot and the Operation LED will blink periodically to indicate
device operation
3. Connect the HDBaseT LINK connector to an HDbaseT®-compliant transmitter.
The Link LED will light up.
4. As soon as a valid video source is detected by the transmitter, and a valid
video sink (display, projector, etc) is detected by the receiver, the HDMI LED
will light up to indicate video transmission. See the LED Modes Charts table
below for more details about LED behaviour.
5. Ethernet devices may be connected to the Ethernet port, which will provide
a 100Mpbs Ethernet link to the receiver’s Ethernet port.
