The machine adopts foot valve pneumatic device, equipped with working lamp, oil-water
separator and tool plate. It has the characteristics of small volume, convenient operation and
flexibility, and is suitable for tire expansion when repairing various automobile tires.

Before use, please clean the sundries on the machine and check whether all parts are
normal. Connect the air source to check whether there is air leakage. The working pressure is
within 0.6mp ± 0.1.

When expanding the tire, put the left and right claws into the two sides of the inner cavity of
the tire, and use the open gear adjustment to adjust to the appropriate position (not loose or
tight is the most ideal), and then step on the right foot pedal (↑ air intake direction), the main
shaft of the cylinder starts to rise, the left and right claws gradually expand, open the tire support
to the appropriate position required by the operator, and quickly leave the foot from the tread
plate. Repair can be carried out after confirming that it has stopped stably.

After repairing, step on the left pedal (↓ falling direction), return the cylinder and claw to the
original position, and then remove the tire.
