Camera configuration in CamControl LITE
This chapter describes the configuration of the cameras connected to the Dahua device using the
CamControl LITE software.
Note:
To each of the 10 camera channels available on the HeiTel device one camera connected to the
Dahua device can be assigned to.
3.1
Basic configuration
Proceed as follows:
1.
Connect to the HeiTel device to which the Dahua device is connected.
2.
Click Settings and then IP cameras in the menu tree.
3.
At the desired position in the list select ONVIF from the Manufacturer list and then the Protocol:
Type 1 for PTZ cameras
Type 2 for non-PTZ cameras

Under IP address enter the IP address of the Dahua device:

Click Configure on the right of the entry:

All cameras connected to the Dahua HDCVI Encoder are available in the three drop-down lists Video
format stream 1 to 3.

Select the desired camera for the individual streams. Always select the same camera! Make sure you
observe the notes under

Click OK.
9.
Select Camera settings in the menu tree and enter a meaningful camera name for the respective
camera channel number.
