To loosen the sling straps, pull the top tab of the adjust hook
down and away from the bike frame. You do not need to unhook
the adjust hook to loosen the strap.

Tightening the sling straps can help secure cargo in the
slings. To tighten the sling straps, locate the top webbing
strap attached to the adjust hook. Pull this strap up and
towards the bike. Tighten the straps to the desired length.
