BLADE INSTALLATION/REMOVAL
CAUTION!
•
Always remove the activation key from the device as well as both batteries before removing
or installing the cutting blade. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious
personal injury.
•
When the switch lever is released, the blade does not stop immediately. It continues to
rotate for a few more seconds. Do not carry out any maintenance on the device until the
cutting blade has come to a complete stop!
•
Always wear protective gloves when handling the cutting blade.
To remove the cutting blade, proceed as follows:
A) Place the mower on the side other than the height adjustment lever.
B) Insert a wooden block or other object into the blade area to ensure that the it will not rotate
when loosening.
C) Use a suitable spanner and loosen the bolt by turning it counter-clockwise.

D) Once the bolt is loosened enough, carefully remove both the blade and blade bracket.

To install the cutting blade, follow the steps above
in reverse
