Problem Cause Solution
Compressor does not start 1. No power supply 1. Check the cable, plug and
power socket.
2. Power supply voltage too low 2. Avoid too long extension
cords.
Use appropriate cable
diameter.
3. External temperature too low 3. Do not operate at the
temperature lower than +5°C.
4. Overheated engine 4. Let the engine cool down.
Remove the cause of
overheating.
Compressor is running, but no
pressurized air is available
1. Leaky reverse valve 1. Replace the valve
2. Defective sealing
2. Check the sealing. Have it
serviced by service center.
3. Leaky condensation water
drain bolt
3. Hand tighten the bolt.
Check or replace the bolt
sealing.
Compressor is running,
manometer shows air pressure, but
the tools do not function
1. Leaky hose connections 1. Check or replace the hose and
