chemi cal s , improper volta g e, fi re, flood, neglig ence, accident, improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair, or
failure to perform nec ess ary maintenance or repair, or if t he use of t his product is not in compliance wit h t he in s truc tions and
sp ec ifi ca tions for it s use .

A. Call 1-855-855-8868 for a RMA (Return-Merc handise- Aut ho riza ti on) number.
B. Have ori g inal proof of purc hase p rovided.
C. U s e t h e ori g inal undama g ed packa g in g or an indu s trial cer tified pa cka g in g met hod .
End user will be r esponsible for shipping t he unit (wit h RMA Number sh ow ing on t he shipping label) to XPOWER Cu s tomer
Service Department. XPOWER wi ll insp ect , ass e ss and ad v is e t h e repair s n eeded and applicable co s t, if any.
