This pneumatic grease pump/gun, operated by compressed air, ejects lubricating grease at high pres-
sure. This product stands out due to its reliability, low compressed air consumption, comfortable and
easy handling, as well as constant working pressure. It allows to extend the service life of friction parts
of heavy machinery, and that is why it is used in the automotive industry, among others.

Danger of slipping from lubricants. Immediately remove spilled or leaked lubri-
cant and dispose of them properly.

First steps
1.
Remove the cover of the grease drum and place the thrust washer on the lubricant.
2.
Now press the pressure plate down until the resistance makes further pressing impossible. The
maximum capacity of the grease pump is 12
ℓ. When filling, make sure that the level mark is not
exceeded and that the grease is properly compacted to prevent the formation of bubbles.
3.
Insert the grease inlet pipe into the bottom of the housing. Now tighten the locking screw located
next to the tank cover.
