Chapter 2. Using the Tablet

Using the battery

XC6 User’s Handbook

Note:

To avoid losing unsaved data, wait until the computer
has completed switching to Hibernation mode before
removing the battery.

Use the stylus or a pen to depress the battery lock button.

The battery release latch returns to its original position.

Pull the battery away from the computer and remove it.

Note:

After removing the battery, you must replace the battery

or connect the computer to an external power supply within

3 to 5 minutes

or the computer completely loses power.
