Settings
Manage time that handset is used, set parental limitations on
use, etc. Settings can be made for the following items.

Check Screen time, Notifications received,
and Times opened for handset and each

Change Display to monochrome or enable
Do Not Disturb at preset time.
Focus mode
Pause applications that might be a
