Update signatures automatically

Enable this option if the McAfee virus scanner is installed. The downloaded signature
are available in the directory "/pub/mcafee/4.x" on the anonymous FTP server of SX-
GATE. McAfee scanners which are installed on other systems can download the
signatures from there.

Some versions of the McAfee scanner require special signature
files. Please ask McAfee, if the mirrored signatures are suitable
for these version. Suitable signatures for all scanners might
become available by mirroring a different directory from the
signature server.

Use active FTP?

Please use this option if you experience problems while updating signatures.

Currently installed version

You can find detailed information about the currently installed McAfee scanner here.
Furthermore a selftest of the scanner will be performed every time you enter this screen.
