STEP 2

Insert Upright Base (B) into Upright Coller (C) and 

attach with Ankle Bar (I) using a Nut Knob (E)

Attach the Pad Assembly (D) to the Upright Collar 

(C) using the Bolt Kit (F), Pin (G), and hand tighten 

the Bolt Knob (J).

NOTE:

 Be sure to hand tighten all hardware until unit is fully assembled.
