The holder is unstable

installed in straight grilles
only.
The Holder has been Incor-
rectly installed.
Make sure the arm has
been installed correctly,
as suggested in the
instruction manual.
The holder is loose after
adjustment.
The lock nut is not tight
enough.
Tighten the nut, being
careful not to over tighten
it (this may damage the
nut).
