Check whether the ends of the water
pipe are loose or come off.
Note: It is recommended to thoroughly clean the parts including the water tank, the cover, the filter tray, the filter,
the pre-filter, and the water pump at least every 7 days. You are also advised to change the water every 7 days
so that water quality and water dispensing will not be affected due to filter tray blockage.
Check and clean the magnetic fan blades in
the water pump.
Cleaning the Water Pump
1. Open the cover and take
the water pump out.
2. Remove the pre-filter and its
holder from the water pump.
3. Remove the cover of the water pump.
4. Take the magnetic fan blade assembly out.
5. Clean all the parts of the water pump
and then reinstall them in order.
Regularly check whether the power contact pins on the
cover and the power contact points on the main body
are working properly. You can wipe the pins and the
points clean with a dry, soft cloth.
Regularly check whether the power cord
and the power port are in good condition
and working properly.
