The birth of
each
Xez

atch begins in
the United States, where our
designer

gination creates a
masterpiece
of time

paper
. The designing
process
itself

perfection
is achiev
ed. It starts with
the selection
of

all
dimensions f

Next,
precise P
antone
colors
are
chosen
for dials,
followed
by the
matching
of
just
the right sha
pe
of
the
numer
als
and
hands f
or dials.
After a
composite dr
awing is
crea
ted, all
design elements are adjusted
to mak
e sure
an o
ver
all
balanced product
appear
ance has been achiev
ed. A
technical dr
awing
is
produced
to
reflect the exact
siz
e and specifics of

rt.
Then precision
engineering tak

rting with the creation of
molds
for
both
case
and
band, f
ollowed b
y
stamping and precision
CNC (computer numerical
control) cutting of
casing
and
band links.
The

ul polishing

completes this production
phase.

at state-of

acturing
facilities
known for
their
strictly
controlled
fabrication
processes (including
dust
-f
ree a
ssembling).
Each
part
of
a timepiece
is carefully inspected numerous
times
during its production to
detect
imperf
ections. S
pecial attention is giv
en to
repeated w
ater
-resistance testing of
ev
ery
w
atch
case;
some models require
up to 120 minutes or
more
of
testing time.
Af
ter all w
atch cases
are
tested the
assembling
process
begins. Finally

each

atch
undergoes a
final w
ater
-resistance
test before passing inspection.
