only the recipient that has the password to open the file.

Xerox has a proven track record of participation and
compliance with government security standards and third
party testing and certification – one example being the
Common Criteria Certification process. Multifunction
printers are not submitted into the Common Criteria
Certification until after they are publicly available. The
WorkCentre 7132 Data Security Kit and system controller
have been submitted for Common Criteria Certification.
