4. 4 Optional printer components
This chapter describes the various options available for the
DocuPrint printers. These include the bypass transport and various
configurations of feeders, stitchers, stackers.
DocuPrint Models 4850 and 4890 NPS printer options
The DocuPrint 4850 and 4890 NPS may be configured with a high-
capacity feeder, a dual stacker, or a wire stitcher/stacker. The
DocuPrint 4890 NPS may be configured with a bypass transport with
a dual stacker.
High-capacity feeder
Two feeder trays are provided as part of the printer base
configuration (feeder trays 1 and 2). The high-capacity feeder option
increases the versatility and productivity of the 4850/4890 printer with
two additional feeder trays (trays 3 and 4), increasing the feeder
capacity by approximately 2,000 sheets.
