Bodyweight Gym
™
PRO and BASIC are two variants of one of the most comprehensive suspension workout kit. By using the bodyweight
and the angle of your body with the ground all muscles could be trained. They can be used everywhere: either indoor and outdoor, either in to a gym or at
home or at a playground. Just carry it wherever you want in to its back-pack, find a spot to hook it and enjoy it!
Thanks to the two “Anywhere Anchor Straps” you can hook them anywhere: either a Gym Rack, or an XRIG
™
station, or a Chin & Dip station or a playground
rack, or a tree may become your workout place. They can be used also at your own home, by using the two “Door Anchor Straps”

You can perform a two-lines workout keeping the adjustable straps hooked apart, or at the same anchoring point. You can even perform a single-line
workout by using just one Anywhere Anchor Strap of your Bodyweight Gym
™
.
Moreover you can enjoy the special “Y-Kit” that will let you can go “unstable”. By the use of that kit, both main adjustable straps will be connected to a
special 1.5 m. strap that will slide in to a steel ring, giving you the same unbalanced feeling of a pulley spinning.
Both the main straps are adjustable and they can be connected to the further adjustable anywhere anchor straps: it let the kit works from 200 cm. up to
300 cm., anchoring heights.
There are several tools to grasp the Bodyweight Gym
™
: you can use the “Universal Handles” with your hands by having a perfect grip thanks to the ergo
shaped TPR handle. Or with your feet by safe-anchoring your body thanks to the special double-cradle design that feature a perfect foot-ankle fitting. You
can replace the Strap-Handles with the two “Power Steel Rings”

; you can even use the special “Head Strap”

to emphasize the work of your neck and
shouder muscles.
When you’ll be able to go next, you may also use the two “Power Steel Rings”

The Bodyweight Gym

(PRO and BASIC) come also with two special “Carabiner Protections”. Made of neoprene, they can be used to protect the forearm’s
closest carabiners so to do not hurt the skin while using the Bodyweight Gym
™
, for example, to perform push-ups.
The Bodyweght Gym

(PRO and BASIC) were thought to withstand the severer workouts. All straps are made of 1.500 Kg. max load nylon yards and they
are all sewn with a double crosses nylon yard; the adjustable straps are equipped with chromed steel buckles and all the parts are joint by using heavy
duty chromed steel carabiners, attached to special and exclusive designed nylon sewn hooks.
The “Power Steel Rings”

are made of solid steel, coated with a special anti-rust gripping powder-coating and they feature a 1.25” (32 mm) thickness to
provide the perfect grip !
The "Universal Handles" feature a double-cradle design in order to provide a perfect foot-ankle fitting, while used as anchoring point to train the lower body
and the ABS. The grip for the hands is provided by an ergo-shaped TPR-made handle. TPR is a special rubber compound that last long without having any

are finished with a knurled-like surface, so to offer a realy stable grip.
