The portholes and deck hatches have locking systems to keep them 
in a closed position.
At anchor, intermediate opening position allows the ventilation of the 
boat.

The deck hatches are fitted with a blind and mosquito screen system  
that can be used even when the hatch is open.
Their handling shall be done carefully.

All the windows have blinds.
The opening hatches of the aft cabins are also fitted with curtains.
