Getting started
Before you begin please check:
• WARNING: Only start with sufficiently full transmitter batteries (rechargeable batteries) and fully
charged quadcopter battery – crash hazard!
• Check all parts for damage and dirt. Replace any damaged parts and clean the model, because dirt
increases the weight and therefore can degrade the flying qualities.
• Make sure the ALPHA-EGG is powered on. Place the Quadrocopter on a flat surface in the starting
position (the charging socket shows the rear). Press the Takeoff button on the app. The motors start
running at low speed.
• The control functions and trim are similar to the operation with the transmitter. Please read the chapter
„Control functions“ and „Trim“ further in this manual.
• Landing:
• WARNING: if the landing button is pushed for approx. 3 seconds, the motors stop immediately. If the
button is pressed during flight, the model can crash and be damaged!
Speed
The ALPHA-EGG comes with 3 speed levels. Press the Speed button of the App during the flight and the
Quadrocopter becomes faster. For acoustic confirmation the transmitter beeps twice. Press again, to fly a
little faster - the transmitter beeps 3-times. Press again to return to slower flight - the transmitter beeps once.
NOTE: by default the throttle lever is on the left joystick
is as shown in the figure (Mode 2). Pressing the MODE button
also allows the throttle to be placed on the right stick (MODE
1).
