Connecting the Keyboard
To connect your keyboard, remove the USB receiver from underneath the keyboard, plug it into an
available USB port on your computer, and wait for your computer to recognize the device – it may
take a few seconds. If your keyboard does not respond, try replacing the batteries (see Replacing
the Batteries chapter) or using a diff erent USB port. To disconnect your keyboard, unplug the USB
receiver from the USB port.
Media Keys
The Media keys are shortcuts to various applications on your computer, as well as basic web
browsing and media playback functions. They are located in columns on the right and left sides of
the keyboard, and in a row directly above the touchpad.
