GETTING STARTED
Before fully performing any exercise, drill or workout, whether
through our training videos or your own exercises/drills, we
recommend performing each exercise/drill with Yellow
Bands attached on the front and back of your thigh straps;
performing one set doing three to four repetitions to get
comfortable with the resistance and movement of the
DYNAMX™ TRAINER.
As you progress or if you feel the Yellow Bands do not
provide enough of a challenge, move up to a pair of blue
bands or black bands (make sure you have the same
amount of resistance on both sides of the thigh straps so
your muscles get an equal workout).
If you choose to add resistance to your ankles, it is
recommended that you start with a pair of yellow bands on
the front and back of the thigh straps and add a blue
resistance band to the ankle straps.
