7. The device doesn't respond .
Press the RESET button or restore factory settings.
8 . There are vertical stripes on the recording .
Wrong screen refresh rate setting. Change the frequency to "50Hz" or "60Hz" ,
depending on the local settings.

The camera does not have a mass memory drive mode. To play the
files on a computer, take the memory card out of the device and use
a memory card reader to connect it to a computer.
