To properly return the Ilumina to Xante for service work, it is important
to follow these guidelines for repacking the Ilumina. Failure to properly
repack the Ilumina for shipping may result in damage to the machine
during transport and may void any warranty associated with the
Ilumina.
Unload paper and insert packing support piece for shipping.
OPTION 1:
Remove the toner drums and install a standard piece of shipping
foam (12”x17”) on top of the transfer belt to prevent damage
during transport. Do not reinstall the toners or drums.
