Mode 7) Time/Price
Window 3: The input price per kilowatt hour (COST/KWh).
Inputting the price
»
Please look at your electricity bill or ask your local electricity
supplier, what your price per kilowatt hour is.

Press FUNCTION till you get to the Mode 7 Time/Price.
»
Press the COST button till the display starts blinking.
»
With the FUNCTION button you can now adjust the digit you
want to enter.
»
With the buttons UP/DOWN you can adjust the value at the
selected digit.
»
Approx. five seconds without any input or pressing COST will
exit the input mode.
»
From this moment on all calculations are made based on the
price that has been input and will be added to the saved costs.
Measuring solar cell energy production:
The Inspector III power meter can measure the energy produc-
tion and consumption of a private balcony solar cell, and thus
calculate estimated energy cost savings.

To do this, simply connect the plug of your solar system to the
Inspector like a regular household appliance.
»
Then, connect it to a properly installed outlet of the public
power supply network.
