REMINDERS
In the menu item "Reminders" you can create up to 10
daily reminders via the button "Add reminder". You can
create memories for breaks, sleep, meals, medicine,
alarm clocks, and individual memories. (Fig. 10)
TRAININGS HISTORY
In the "Training History" you can view your previous
workouts again. (Fig.11)
GOALS
Under the menu item "Goals" you can customize your
daily goals for steps, activity minutes, distance travelled,
calories burned and for your sleep. (Fig. 12)
