Troubleshooting
No Hub Connection to PC
Camera Not Streaming Video on the Network
•
Verify that the Hub has a mains connection and that the
power switch is turned on
•
Avoid using a USB 3.0 connection on your PC. If
possible, move USB connection to a USB 2.0 port.
•
The answer/end call buttons are designed to work with
a Bluetooth connection
from
a mobile device.
Conference software is not compatible with these
buttons due to varying commands between platform.
Answer/End Call Buttons Not Working
•
Ensure the camera and the decoding software are on the same network.
•
If using RTP Multicast, make sure the network switch being used is
configured to handle Multicast traffic properly.
•
Double check the configuration settings in the camera's web UI to make
sure the protocol being used has been setup properly.
