Troubleshooting

No Power – Press Power Button on
controller. Charge the controller using the
included USB Data/Charging cable. Battery
is internal only and NOT replaceable.

Not playing Bluetooth
®
Audio – Change
mode to BT. Turn Off/On the Bluetooth
®
mode on your source device.
·
No Volume – Check connections are fully
plugged in. Increase volume using the
Volume Dial on the Belly Speaker cord,
Increase Volume on the Controller,
Increase Volume on the source device,
Check Audio settings on the source device,
Test using another source device.
·
Pad Doesn’t Stick – Clean the pad per user
guide directions and let dry. Clean your
skin of all oils and lotions
·
Pad is Torn/Damaged – Use the second
provided pad. Order replacement pads.
