Safe operation of this tool is possi-
ble only when the operating in-
structions and the safety precau-
tions are read completely and the
instructions contained therein are
strictly observed.
Always inspect cable and plug be-
fore using tool. Only have damage
repaired by a qualified profession-
al. Make sure drill is switched off
before inserting plug in socket.
The tool must not be damp and must
not be operated in a wet environ-
ment.

For long hair, wear hair protection.

Always direct the cable to the rear away from
the machine.
❏
Connect machines that are used in the open via
a residual current device (RCD) with an actuat-
ing current of 30 mA maximum. Use only ex-
tension cables that are approved for outdoor
use.

Only work with undamaged insert.
❏
Beware of any concealed electric cables, gas or
water conduits; check the working area with a
metal detector, for example.

Only connect the power plug when the tool is
OFF. Disconnect the power plug after use.

Always disconnect the power plug before per-
forming any work on the tool. Do not carry the
tool by the power cord.

Always keep the extension cable well away
from the workplace.

The tool must not be used without supervision.

Keep the tool and accessories out of the reach
of children.

Do not drill into the housing or fasten rivets to it
for marking or identification of the machine.
The double insulation is then no longer ensured.
