Intended Use
The hose reel is intended for transferring compressed
air.
The user is responsible for damage caused by usage
other then intended.
Installation
❏
The hose reel must be mounted securely to the wall
or ceiling with 2 Ø 8 x 40 mm (or longer) screws (fig-
ure A).
❏
The hose length that cannot be reeled up is 2 metres
(figure B). Should this length be longer than
required, then the hose must be shortened appropri-
ately (figure B). Do not under any circumstances
move only the STOP-ball
4
towards the hose end, as
this leads to malfunctions when reeling up.
❏
Insert the axle-connection
6
onto the shaft of the hose
reel (figure C). Screw in the two screws
8
in such a
manner that the axle-connection
6
can still rotate
freely on the shaft (figure C). Connect hose connec-
tion
7
to a compressed-air supply with maximum
16 bar.
Advice for Operation
❏
The safety warnings in the Section „For Your
Safety“ are to be strictly observed.
Unreeling
❏
Pull out the hose to the desired length and allow it to
reel up a little in order to lock it (figure D). If the reel
does not engage, pull the hose out again somewhat,
and allow it to lock again. When the hose is com-
pletely unreeled, do not continue to pull.
Caution!
Danger of the hose ripping off.
Reeling up
❏
Carefully pull out the hose somewhat and then allow
it to slowly reel up (figure D). When reeling up, never
let go of the hose.
Danger of injury!
