Dust Extraction
Dusts from materials such as lead-containing coatings,
some wood types, minerals and metal can be harmful
to one’s health. Touching or breathing-in the dusts can
cause allergic reactions and/or lead to respiratory
infections of the user or bystanders.
Certain dusts, such as oak or beech dust, are consid-
ered as carcinogenic, especially in connection with
wood-treatment additives (chromate, wood preserva-
tive). Materials containing asbestos may only be
worked on by specialists.
• Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
• It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respira-
tor.
Observe the relevant regulations in your country for the
materials being worked on.
Maintenance and Cleaning

Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
 For safe and proper working, always
keep the machine and ventilation slots
clean.
In case of frequent impact drilling operation, clean the
drill chuck regularly of dust. For this, hold the machine
with the drill chuck facing down, then open and close
the drill chuck over the complete clamping range.
Accumulated dust will settle out of the drill chuck.
Regular application of cleaning spray on the clamping
jaws and clamping jaw holes is recommended.
If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by an after-sales service centre, in order to
avoid hazards.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in man-
ufacturing and testing procedures, repair should be
carried out by a Würth master-Service.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, please
always include the article number given on the type
plate of the machine.

Guarantee
For this Würth power tool, we provide a guarantee in
accordance with the legal/country-specific regulations
from the date of purchase (verified by invoice or deliv-
ery document). Damage that has occurred will be cor-
rected by replacement or repair.
Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or
improper handling is excluded from the guarantee.
Claims can only be accepted if the power tool is sent
undisassembled to a Würth branch office, your Würth
sales representative or a customer service agent for
Würth compressed-air and power tools.
Disposal
The machine, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.
Do not dispose of power tools into household waste!
