Cautions
1. For first use, open APP client to log on gateway. Users can input gateway ID which is at the bottom end of
product or scan QR code at bottom end of product, original password is the last six figures of gateway ID (Please
revise password in time).
2. Keep this product away from interference source, for example, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator,
router, etc., or its working sensitivity and performance may be affected.
3. Place this product in the open space without barriers. Avoid placing it in the place surrounded on three sides by
metal to make gateway be in the best communication range.
4. Place this product on the table or flat surface with good ventilation. Please do not place it in the carpet or other
soft material for fear that ventilation and heat dissipation will be affected.
5. This product should be installed in dry and clean place to prevent inner component from dampness or other
debris.
6. Wipe the dust on the product by soft cloth. Cleaning by the corrosive cleansing liquid and other chemical
solvent is forbidden.
7. Please contact qualified agents or customer service staff for detailed operation.
8. Please do not disassemble or refit this product and accessories.
9. If this product breaks down, non-professional staff shall not handle it. Send it to local service center for repair,
or contact our customer service staff.
