The indicators and setting lights
are not working.
First make sure the power supply is good. Then
check whether the matching power adapter is used.
Unable to enter the management
interface.
a. Ensure the correct connection of the devices and
good working status of the indicators.
b. Set PC or cellphone as automatic access to IP
address
c. Change another Brower and try again.

Forget the login password of the
gateway.
Try to restore to factory settings. When power is on,
press on System Key for 10s.This product restores to
factory settings when System Indicator is off. (Be
careful, all the settings of the gateway will be deleted
by restoring to factory settings.)
