8 Decommissioning

Procedure:

Stop

the product (Section 5.3).

Switch

off the AC/DC voltage externally and

secure

from being switched on

again.

Disconnect

the AC/DC cables.

Ensure

that no residual voltage is still present within the DC link (Figure 19)

by means of suitable testing equipment.

Switch off

voltage measuring and supply voltage (Section 8.1) and

disconnect the lines.

Disconnect

Ethernet cable and any other cables if they are still connected.

8.1

Disconnecting Voltage Measurement and Supply Voltage

By opening the fuses (-F31) in the control cabinet and fuses (-F2) in the power unit the
voltage measurement is disconnected from the grid (Figure 6).

The supply voltage is externally connected from outside and can be disconnected by
means of the external fusing.
