7.1.1.4 Torque Check of Electrical Connections
Maintenance tasks:
a. Open doors.
b. Check connections and connectors of all parts for tightness.

If connections are loose, please contact customer service (Section 10).

Tighten with specific torque .
c. Check grounding connection, AC connection and DC connection for tightness.

If connections are loose, tighten with shown torque (Table 6).
d. Check insulation and electrical connection for discolouration or corrosion.

In case of discolouration or corrosion, renew the connection.
e. Close doors.

7.1.1.5 Check of Cable and Line Condition
Maintenance tasks:
a. Open doors.
b. Check all cables and lines for damages.

In case of damage, renew cables and lines.
c. Close doors.
7.1.1.6 Check of Fuse Condition
Maintenance tasks:
a. Open doors.
b. Check if fuses are triggered.

If fuses are triggered, renew the fuses. (Section 11.1).
c. Close doors.
7.1.1.7 Functional Test of DC Switch Disconnector
Maintenance tasks:
a. Open doors.
b. Check the continuity of the DC switch disconnector (-Q1) when it is
switched on.

If the DC switch disconnector has no continuity, replace it.
c. Check the continuity of the DC switch disconnector (-Q1) when it is
switched off.

If the DC switch disconnector has continuity, replace it.
d. Close doors.
