warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship as described below.

will, at its option, repair
or replace without charge (excluding freight charges), defective products or parts during the following warranty periods.
1 Year all non-moving metal components
1 Year swivel/tilt mechanisms and resin, steel and aluminum chair bases
1 Year wood and plastic components, upholstery materials and Pneumatic lift
Warranty is available to original purchaser only. This warranty shall be effective as stated above from the date of purchase as indicated on the original sales
receipt. This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects and excludes defects caused by or arising from abuse or misuse, user modification,
negligence or accident, or if the customer fails to perform the necessary maintenance. The customer is responsible for maintenance including minor
assembly, cleaning, and lubrication and assuring that all hardware is securely fastened. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those
specifically described, including without limitations any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
Wild Sales LLC
will not
be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some States differ on exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so the stated limitations may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
