Q. My  Alive

pet  seems  to  be  moving  and  responding  slower  than  normal…

what’s wrong?

A.

You probably need to change the batteries. Refer to the Battery details section

for information on battery requirements and installation.

Q. My pet speaks more quietly than normal… how do I fix that?

A.

Either  you  have  the  toy’s  volume  levels  set  at  low  (see  the  section  Volume

control),  or  you  probably  need  to  change  the  batteries.  Refer  to  the  Battery
details
section for information on battery requirements and installation.

Note that when you turn him on his back, his volume level automatically lowers

if it is set to high volume level. When you put him upright again, his volume level
should return to high volume if he was already at high volume.

Q

My pet’s facial animations have stopped… what’s wrong?

A.

Your pet is probably in Sleep Mode. To wake him from Sleep Mode, press his

right ear.

Q

My pet is only making 4 sounds… what’s wrong?

A.

Your pet is probably in Try Me power setting. See the section Try Me and Normal

settings for how to set him in Normal play setting.

Q

Can I sleep with my Alive

 pet?

A.

Air circulation is important to prevent any electronic object from overheating.

Please make sure the batteries have been removed if your toy is to be covered
by any type of bedding.
