66 proVEOS Installation Guide

Verify the network settings in proVEOS (see page 23 )

Verify that the local network routing from your PC to proVEOS is set up
and working
Login to Web Admin Fails
The web admin login page shows up, but does not accept any valid administrator
credential.

Check that the license has not expired. (See Activating proVEOS on page
57 .)
proVEOS Client Windows Installer Does Not
Appear
Clicking the link to download and install the proVEOS client does not work.

For Windows installations, Internet Explorer is required

Ensure that Internet Explorer’s settings are not configured to disallow
ActiveX components
If all else fails, the proVEOS client can be manually installed by following the
instructions as described in
Installing the proVEOS Client on page 33 .
After installing, go to the Start menu and run the newly-installed Profile Manager
in
WOW Vision > proVEOS > Profile Manager
