Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

Cannot power on

 

▪

Check that the battery pack is attached correctly.

 

▪

Check that the battery pack is fully charged.

Battery life lower than 

expected

 

▪

Be sure the charger indicates the battery is fully 

charged.

 

▪

The battery pack capacity will naturally diminish 

over a number of charge cycles. This is the case with 

all lithium batteries.
