Attach Vertical Support Bars (E) to the Upper Support Frame using Small Allen Bolts (H-1) and
Spring Washers (H-4), stacking the hardware in the order as shown. Next attach the bottom of the
Vertical Support Bars (E) to Lower Support Frame (C) using Large Allen Bolts (H-2). Engage all bolts
first and then fully tighten using Allen Key (T-1).
