Disposal
Disposal of packaging
Dispose of the packaging according to material. Add cardboard and
carton to the waste paper, films to the recyclable materials.
Disposing of the work light
(Applicable in the European Union and other European states that have systems
for collecting recyclable materials)
Old electrical devices must not be disposed of as household
waste!
If the product is no longer usable, consumers are
legally obliged to
dispose of used appliances separately from household waste,
e.g. at a recycling centre in their local community or district. It is thus
ensured that old devices are properly recycled, and that negative
impact on the environment is avoided. This is why electrical devices
are marked with this symbol.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of
with household waste!
As a consumer, you are legally obliged to dispose of all batteries,
whether they contain harmful substances* or not, at a collection
point in your municipality/city district or in trade, so that they can
be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Take the complete work light (including the battery) to your local
recycling centre, making sure that the battery is fully discharged!
