Example 4: Voltage interface setpoint
The voltage setpoint value must be written to object 21FE (hex), i.e. parameter 510.
A voltage value of 400 V = 400 (dec) = 0190 (hex) is to be transmitted.
• Modbus address = 40000 + (Par. ID + 1) = 40511

• Modbus length = 2 (UNSIGNED 32)

The high word must be written to the lower address and the low word must be written to
the higher address.

Remotely Changing The Setpoint
It is possible to remotely switch between pre-defined setpoints. This is available for active
power, power factor, frequency, and voltage.
The bits 4 to 7 of parameter 504 (
╚═▷ “9.2.9 Additional Data Identifier”
) are carrying the
settings and are available in CAN bus and Modbus protocols. Each bit may be used as
input of the according setpoint switching LogicsManager.
