prevent the engine from starting
due to short-term load swings, a
delay time may be configured.
The LDSS criterion for adding load
must be exceeded without
interruption for this delay time,
configured in seconds, prior to a
start command being issued.
If the LDSS criterion for adding
load is fallen below before the
delay time expires, the delay time
is reset and a start command is
not issued.
